This system is designed exclusively for legitimate, compliant SMS forwarding scenarios. By purchasing, installing, or using this software, you (the buyer / end user) agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of your jurisdiction, and you assume full legal responsibility for any violation arising from your use of the software.

Explicitly prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

1. Fraudulent, phishing, or extortion-related SMS, or any deceptive activity.

2. Spam, harassment, or malicious marketing messages, regardless of claimed “consent” if it violates local anti-spam laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR).

3. Circumventing carrier or regulatory filters/blocks to send illegal content.

4. Spoofing, hiding, or altering the originating number or sender ID to impersonate others or mislead recipients.

5. Assisting or allowing third parties to use the system for any of the above (e.g., reselling access, exposing an open API to illegal use cases).

6. Sending any commercial or advertising SMS without obtaining verifiable, documented prior consent from recipients.

7. Using the system for illegal gambling, pornography, money laundering, drug trafficking, terrorist activities, or any other criminal offense.

By purchasing and using the software, you explicitly represent and warrant that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to all prohibitions listed above.

• You will use the software only for lawful purposes such as internal enterprise alerts, two-factor authentication codes, operational notifications, and authorized message distribution.

• You will provide, upon request, a reasonable description of your intended lawful use — otherwise we reserve the right to deny license issuance.

Consequences of violation:

• If we determine, or receive credible evidence, that you are using the software for any illegal purpose, we will immediately and permanently revoke your License without refund.

• We reserve the right to report all violations and supporting evidence to law enforcement, telecom regulators, and public anti-abuse databases.

• For severe violations that cause damage to our brand, reputation, or economic interests, we reserve the right to pursue civil and criminal liability to the fullest extent of the law.

You acknowledge and agree: As the software developer, we have no real-time control over your actual usage. You bear full supervision and legal risk. The existence of this software does not constitute authorization or immunity for any illegal act.
